In 2025/2026, Yolo County, in partnership with the Yolo County Regional Resilience Collaborative, is identifying priority locations for resilience hub retrofits in coordination with OES, DGS, and Library partners, while also working with a grant writer to pursue funding opportunities to support both retrofit and new resilience hub development.
