Continue to invest in existing programs that help to identify and reach vulnerable populations to help first responders provide services and meet their needs during hazardous events. Utilize the findings of the Access and Functional Needs (AFN) working group to identify and address service and outreach gaps. Partner with local community groups to gather feedback and share information.
