CAAP Action Description

Coordinate with Yolo Commute to use County facilities (community centers, libraries, or other appropriate facilities) to provide a place for residents to go and receive electric bike (e-bike) subsidies. Also use County facilities for e-bike safety training sessions. Coordinate with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) and Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) to ensure educational materials for e-bike safety (e.g., bike helmet use) are provided community-wide to increase e-bike usage while emphasizing safety.
