County staff completed the Inventory and Feasibility Study to Remove Fossil Fuels from County Operations (Inventory & Feasibility Study) in Summer 2025 and presented findings to Board of Supervisors in October 2025. The Board of Supervisors provided guidance to staff to pursue equipment electrification at the end of equipment useful life. Staff are working to identify funding sources to support future electrification efforts.
